If you are unable to check the product during delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to offer an exchange or return.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the replacement within 3-5 business days. If the product is out of stock, we will provide a suitable alternative or store credit.
